The adventure doesn’t stop there; head to Saguenay for an up-close encounter with nature and wildlife, including a memorable bear-watching experience. Explore the immense Lake St Jean and the ghost town of Val Jalbert, then witness the majestic whales of Tadoussac.
As you journey to La Malbaie, stay in a castle overlooking the Saint Lawrence River, then visit Wendake to learn about the Huron-Wendat nation. DAY 1 SYDNEY – TORONTO
Arrive at least 3HRS before departure time at the Sydney international airport to take your flight to Toronto. Arrival at Toronto airport, reception and transfer to our central hotel. Free time, we recommend visiting the Entertainment neighborhood, between King and Queen streets, which is currently the most dynamic nightlife spot in Toronto, and the luxurious Yorkville neighborhood where the luxury boutiques are, or the Toronto Harbor, which takes on particular life in the afternoon
DAY 2 TORONTO – NIAGARA FALLS
07:45 Meeting with your guide in the Lobby and departure to start your trip
Breakfast. Visit of this city, the largest in Canada and capital of the province of Ontario: the financial center, the old and new City Hall, University Avenue with its most important hospitals and traditional institutions, the Provincial Parliament, the distinguished Yorkville neighborhood with its shops elegant, Chinatown – second in importance in Canada – Photo stop to admire the CN Tower, the tallest independent structure in the Western Hemisphere with its proud 553.33 meters and which is visited by more than 2 million people each year. Departure for Niagara-on-the-Lake, called the most beautiful town in Ontario, which was the capital of Upper Canada from 1792 and was originally settled by American settlers. We will make a stop to walk the main street. Continuation to Niagara along the panoramic road that borders the river of the same name. There the majestic and famous waterfalls await us, which will dazzle with their impressive flow of water and are one of the greatest attractions in North America. Adventure on the Hornblower Boat!! Stop at Table Rock to observe these wonderful falls. Optional lunch with cost at Skylon Restaurant overlooking the Falls. Arrival at our hotel in Niagara Falls. In your free time we suggest a Helicopter ride (depending on weather conditions) or at night visit the illuminated waterfalls. Accommodation.
DAY 3 NIAGARA – 1000 ISLANDS – OTTAWA
Breakfast. Early departure via the Trans-Canada highway towards Ottawa. The region of 1000 Islands is one of the most beautiful and romantic in the country where we will take a one-hour boat excursion to admire these islands and their mansions and curiosities at the source of the San Lorenzo River. Continuation to the capital of the country that will surprise you with its beautiful architecture and geography on the banks of the Ottawa River. Upon arrival we will begin the panoramic visit of the city, the Cathedral, the residence of the prime minister, the Governor-General who represents Queen Elizabeth II, the Rideau Canal lined with beautiful mansions and gardens with multicolored flowers. In the event that the visit is not completed, it will be completed the next day. Accommodation and free time.
DAY 4 OTTAWA – CHEZ DANY CABIN – QUEBEC
Breakfast. Departure to the capital of the province of the same name, Quebec. Today we will cross the Ottawa River to reach the Province of Quebec and towards the Laurentian Mountains, full of lakes and mountains that are a paradise for outdoor activities. On the way we will visit a maple plantation where maple honey is produced with traditional methods and where we will have a typical lumberjack lunch included. Continuation towards Quebec. Upon arrival we will begin the Panoramic visit of the oldest city in the country, the walled city, the upper and lower part, the Plaza de Armas, the Plaza Royal, the Parliament of the province. Optional dinner with cost. Accommodation and free time.
DAY 5 QUEBEC FREE DAY

DAY 6 QUEBEC – SAGUENAY (Chicoutimi)
Breakfast. 07:45 Departure in the morning to enjoy an unforgettable day in a landscape of unlimited nature! We discover the beauty of this vast country in the company of naturalist guides. There are several activities planned today: an introductory seminar on bears and other interesting park topics. Afterwards, we leave for the adventure towards the Laurentian forest. Enjoy the interpretation that your guide will offer you during the walk in the middle of nature. With your paddle in hand, it’s time to board a Rabaska canoe and paddle in pristine waters, just like the Indians did (boots and raincoats included). Enjoy a light rustic lunch afterward. The highlight of the day is in the late afternoon, where we head out to a lookout to observe black bears in their natural environment – an unforgettable experience! Departure to the Saguenay region and arrival at your hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 7 LAKE ST JEAN EXCURSION
Breakfast. Departure towards the immense Lake St Jean, which, seen from above, looks like a hammer and is representative of the inhabitants of the place who have the nickname “bleuets”. Stop in Val Jalbert, an authentic industrial ghost town from the 19th century, located in a natural area of complete beauty. Recognized as a historical site, discover the wooden houses of another era, take the cable car and walk a few minutes to reach spectacular 77-meter-high waterfalls! We continue our way to the St-Félicien fauna reserve and its 75 species of animals! We will enjoy a beautiful tour sitting on a little train, where we will be caged, while the animals are free around us, we will walk through a huge natural park where you can observe a great variety of Canadian species roaming freely in their natural habitat; you’ll see moose and caribou, wolves and grizzly bears, and much more! Return in the afternoon to Saguenay and your hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 8 SAGUENAY – TADOUSSAC – LA MALBAIE
Breakfast. The highlights of our adventure today are the majestic Saguenay Fjord and the enchanting whales of the St Lawrence River. We left touring the northern shore of the southernmost fjord in the northern hemisphere. Stop in the small town of Ste Rose du Nord for a unique view of the fjord and the surrounding area. Continue to the town of Tadoussac and visit its famous sand dunes, with panoramic views of the sea. Lunch at the famous Tadoussac Hotel, before leaving for a whale watching safari cruise! (3 hours) Rorqual, blue whale, and beluga are just some of the mammals that spend the summer here, sharing the waters with seals and other marine animals. At the end of the afternoon, continue to the imposing Fairmont Manoir Richelieu hotel; a castle located on a cliff facing the majestic Saint Lawrence River. Check-in at the hotel and free time to enjoy the view, stroll, or try your luck at the Charlevoix Casino, located in the gardens of our hotel.
DAY 9 LA MALBAIE – WENDAKE
Breakfast. Departure via the panoramic route to the town of Baie St Paul. Stop to appreciate what had inspired artists and poets, with its beautiful sites and geography that left us an indelible memory of our trip. Continuation to the Côte de Beaupré with its royal road and its old rural houses. Stop at the magnificent Santa Ana Canyon with its beautiful waterfall and suspended bridges in a natural setting. Then we will see the Montmorency Falls, which at 83 meters high are higher than Niagara. Arrival in the afternoon to the Wendake Indian Reservation and visit the traditional Huron site; Going back more than 500 years, we can see the customs, traditions and ways of life of the Huron-Wendat nation. Transfer to the Hotel-Musée Premières Nations, with its original exterior architecture and indigenous-inspired interior decoration, for check-in. Time to walk along the river in front of the hotel.
DAY 10 WENDAKE – RESORT IN LA MAURICIE
Breakfast. This morning we headed to this legendary region where the typical Canadian lumberjacks still exist and where this activity so closely linked to Canada takes place. Its countless lakes and rivers give it unmatched beauty. Upon arrival at our magnificent hotel that was a settler farm, known for its “boutique” style and its gastronomy inspired by local products. Visit their facilities with their animals or their trails next to the river. You can admire the river falls from a bridge and the Victorian-inspired structures. You will have time to do some of the activities available at this great resort. Today this territory is all yours with its countless activities and pedestrian trails. Enjoy nature or the indoor or outdoor pool or bicycle. The hotel has an Activities Center where you can also book other paid activities such as massages in the SPA. Tonight farewell dinner.
DAY 11 LA MAURICIE –MONTREAL
Breakfast. Departure towards Montreal. Upon arrival, we will begin the visit of this vibrant city, the second largest French-speaking city in the world: the Olympic Complex (photo stop), St-Laurent Street, the Golden Square Mile neighborhood of Montreal where it is located today the famous McGill University, the Monte Real park, a favorite of the city’s residents, where the Beaver Lake is located, and where we will make a photo stop at the lovers’ viewpoint. On the way to Old Montreal we will see the Le Plateau Mont Royal neighborhood, the Plaza de Armas, where the Basilica of Notre Dame de Montreal is located, Cartier Square and Montreal City Hall. Rest of the day free.
DAY 12 MONTREAL – SYDNEY
Breakfast and departure transfer. We recommend one more night in Montreal.
SUGGESTED ACTIVITIES:
A walking tour of Old Montreal Harbor, a guided Jetski tour with WetSet, a JetBoat ride through the Lachine rapids. Or why not rent a bicycle and explore the city’s cycle paths and tour the Montreal Formula 1 circuit. The Museum of Fine Arts, or the Botanical Garden with the Montreal Biodome can also be one of your activities today. For your last minute purchases, the city offers you a truly privileged area of boutiques and shopping centers on the axis of Santa Catalina Street, a few meters from our hotel.
