DAY 1 SYDNEY – SAO PAULO
Meet at the Sydney airport to board the flight to Sao Paulo, Brazil
DAY 2 SAO PAULO – RIO DE JANEIRO
Arrival at the Sao Paulo airport, collect luggage and leave the airport where the transfer awaits you that will take you by land to Rio de Janeiro with a stop along the way to visit the Cathedral of Nossa Senhora Aparecida. Arrival at the hotel in Rio de Janeiro, rest of the afternoon free for personal activities. Accommodation.
DAY 3 RIO DE JANEIRO – Sugar Loaf and Corcovado
Buffet breakfast served in the hotel restaurant. Today we will do a complete City Tour. Depart from the hotel to visit the city’s most famous monuments and contemplate the natural beauty of Rio de Janeiro from the top of Corcovado. After a panoramic tour we arrived at the point to go up to Corcovado by TRAIN. Upon reaching the top, you can enjoy a panoramic and incredible view of the “Wonderful City”. This tour also includes a panoramic tour of the city through the Sambódromo (Panoramic View), the Cathedral, the Maracanã (Panoramic View) and the Selarón Staircase. Lunch AT CHURRASQUERIA RODICIO included (drinks and desserts not included) and we continue our tour to enjoy incredible views of the Wonderful City from the top of Sugar Loaf. The first cable car takes passengers to the top of Urca Hill, which rises 215 meters above sea level and offers spectacular views of the bay and its neighboring islands. From Morro da Urca, we continue on a second cable car to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain, which rises 395 meters above sea level and offers a 360-degree view of the entire city. This tour also includes a panoramic visit to the South Zone beach of Rio de Janeiro. Back to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 4 RIO DE JANEIRO
Buffet breakfast served in the hotel restaurant. Day off. As an optional tour we recommend learning about the history of Rio de Janeiro and Brazil on a trip to the Imperial city of Petrópolis, taking a city walking tour through the center of Rio de Janeiro, an educational walk through a Favela, getting to know the nature of the Garden Botanical and the Tijuca forest or an optional tour of the new attractions of the city. DAY 5 RIO DE JANEIRO – IGUAZÚ – Brazilian Falls
Arrival at the international airport of Foz do Iguaçu. Reception by our staff and regular transfer to the selected hotel. In the afternoon we will visit the Brazilian side of the Iguazú Falls. After passing through the visitor center, we will continue along a route that takes us to the magnificent Iguazú Falls. We arrive at the Mirador de las Cataratas, and from this place, we will take a walk of approximately 1,200m with a slight level of difficulty. During the walk we have panoramic views of the different waterfalls, and at the end a fantastic approach to the Devil’s Throat. The walk ends at the top of the Falls where there is a beautiful viewpoint with a panoramic view of the upper Iguazú River; In this place there is an excellent restaurant and craft store, where we can taste a delicious natural fruit juice or buy a souvenir from the place. Before returning to the hotel, we recommend not missing the Macuco Safari experience or a walk through the bird park as an optional tour. Back to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 6 IGUAZÚ – Argentine Falls
Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant. In the morning departure to see the Argentine side of the Iguazú Falls. At the entrance to the park there is a visitor center equipped with a large structure with bathrooms, a medical center, gift shops and information panels about the park’s biodiversity. Transportation within the park is by an ecological train that connects the main points of the
National Park at several stops. Visiting the Argentine side of the falls gives us the possibility of taking 3 different tours where different views of this wonder of the world are obtained. The first stop is the Cataratas Station, from there you can visit the Upper promenade, or the lower promenade. Another must-see in the park is the Devil’s Throat, where after crossing a 1 kilometer path of walkways over the river you reach the point where you can see this gigantic waterfall up close. DAY 7 IGUAZÚ – BUENOS AIRES
At the indicated time, transfer to the airport to take the flight to Buenos Aires. Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free. At night we will transfer you to LA VENTANA to enjoy the best Tango and Folklore Show in Buenos Aires where you can also taste the best gourmet dishes accompanied by the best tango show. DAY 8 BUENOS AIRES – City Tour
This excursion transmits the emotion of a multiple Buenos Aires. We will visit the most important points of our city. We will visit Plaza de Mayo, political, social and historical center where we will find the Casa Rosada, headquarters of the Executive Branch; the Council; the Metropolitan Cathedral and the May Pyramid. From there we will cross part of Avenida de Mayo, rich in a variety of architectural styles where European-style buildings stand out. This avenue connects the Executive and Legislative Palaces, and was and continues to be a meeting point for the Spanish community. Then we will go to visit the San Telmo neighborhood, where we will learn about its history. Then we will continue to the neighborhood of La Boca, characteristic for its homes and for having been the first Port of Buenos Aires and center of the Italian community, especially the Genoese. Later we will visit the northern part of the city: Palermo, a neighborhood that has large mansions, its Tres de Febrero Park and its countless squares and important avenues. In this area we will see the monument to the Magna Carta, commonly called De los Españoles. From there we will go to the La Recoleta area, one of the most elegant and aristocratic neighborhoods in the city where we will see the Paseo del Pilar, full of restaurants and bars, the Church of Pilar and the important buildings that are located on this site. We will surround the Teatro Colón and Plaza Lavalle, where we will see in its surroundings, in addition to the aforementioned Theater, the Cervantes National Theater, the Roca school and the Legislative Palace. We will cross the most important avenue of our city, 9 de Julio where the Plaza de la República is located, in the center of which stands the most characteristic symbol of the city of Buenos Aires: the Obelisk. We also passed through Puerto Madero, the most modern neighborhood in the city. The old Port, recycled in 1990, became a fashionable promenade and one of the areas with the most bars and restaurants in the city. Accommodation.
